POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Energy Sales Advisor to join our inside sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting warm and cold residential leads, delivering value-based consultations, and closing high-value HVAC sales across various East Coast markets.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, persuasive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The position is based on actively prospecting leads, and top performers can earn between $60,000–$100,000 annually with a mix of base salary and commission.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A natural closer with at least 2 years of experience in high-ticket B2C or direct sales
  • You thrive in a performance-based environment and are motivated by uncapped earnings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM software and digital tools for sales tracking and follow-ups
  • Self-driven, coachable, and looking for long-term growth in a rapidly expanding company
