Description Position Title: Energy Sales Reports to: Energy Sales & Marketing Manager Effective Date: February 2026 Position Objective: In this job, the team member will market products and programs in a manner that will optimize the cooperatives market share and savings and result in outstanding customer service and relationships. Sell and market CFS energy products and program Assist in establishing sales goals and developing marketing plans Communicate with CFS management the needs of the customer base Develop long lasting, profitable business relationships with customers and resolve any complaints Assist with LP and Refined Fuel delivery as needed Complete all reports and paperwork as required Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations Adhere to the company credit policy and work with credit department with collection process. Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance. Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management Requirements Licensing, Certification and Qualification: Post-secondary education in sales and marketing or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and sales skills Ability to work in a team environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn various software programs including Microsoft Office. Background or education in agriculture and/or energy business Maintain a valid driver’s license. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)-Class A would be preferred and CFS will assist obtaining CDL. Maintain insurability requirements in accordance with property and casualty insurance guidelines Obtain industry training and certification and retain such certification as required Valid driver’s and acceptable driving record. Working Environment: Will be subject to outdoor temperature fluctuations. Ability to work extended hours.
