JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Energy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients regarding energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy options. Your goal will be to help clients reduce their energy consumption and costs while promoting environmentally friendly practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to clients.
  • Experience in energy consulting or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and sustainability practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits for residential and commercial properties to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse energy usage data and provide tailored recommendations for energy-saving measures.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power.
  • Develop and present detailed reports outlining findings and suggested improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers and contractors, to implement energy-efficient solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating available government incentives or rebates related to energy efficiency upgrades.
    This role offers a base pay of up to national living wage plus bonuses, commissions and incentives.
