Rapid Advancement – We only promote from within Mentorship & Training – Hands-on development from day one Collaborative Culture – Work alongside motivated, like-minded individuals Purpose-Driven Work – Help businesses save energy, money, and the planet What You’ll Do On-Site & Field-Based Role Sales & Growth Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and measurable value Ensure every client receives a top-tier experience from the first meeting to renewal Client Prospecting Identify new business opportunities through networking, on-field territory outreach, and referrals Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs Be comfortable with in-person interactions as client prospecting will mostly rely on a door-to-door sales approach targeting commercial businesses. Energy Analysis Gather and review clients’ electricity usage data Provide cost-saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights What We’re Looking For You don’t need prior energy experience—we will train you.
