Responsibilities Engage with potential customers to promote energy products and services. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to educate clients on energy solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Analyze customer needs and tailor energy solutions accordingly. Collaborate with team members to strategize and share best practices for sales success. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up. Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or energy sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets. Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations. Familiarity with energy products and services is an asset but not required. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Competency in using sales tools and managing customer relationships effectively. Why join us?
