REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Sales experience at least 3 years’ experience ideal but not essential
  • Numeric and analytical
  • Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident Telephone Manner
  • Computer Literate (Several CRMs to work on)
Responsibilities
  • Assist existing clients with their energy renewals; proactively working the renewal pipelineand to ensure our high retention rate is maintained
  • Generate opportunities from our existing telecoms customer base
  • Promptly deal with new warm leads as they are created
  • Manage the progress of upcoming opportunities and leads through our CRM system
  • Accurately profile prospects; collecting all the information required - including Letter ofAuthorities and billing information – concisely understand a prospects current position with regards to their energy contracts
  • Audit current energy bills and provide feedback with the aim of creating an opportunity to quote on their energy renewal
  • Price SME and Corporate opportunities through our Ambolt system and providequotations to customers in a timely manner
  • Provide consultative advice to customers on the solutions available to them andadditionally explore areas of the company’s future energy strategy and possible growth
  • Driving the energy product saturation into the Yellowcom base
