Job Description Define, maintain, and evolve SAP team guidelines, including best development practices, Clean Core strategies, DevSecOps lifecycle, and security/compliance requirements. Implement and operationalize governance models for RISE with SAP, coordinating with architecture, security, and vendors. Promote adoption of SAP standards and frameworks (SAP Activate, Best Practices, Reference Architectures). Collaborate with business areas to define optimal SAP solutions, ensuring value, cost efficiency, and technical sustainability. Support solution and integration architecture design, aligned with corporate architecture and security directives. Accelerate SAP landscape transformation: S/4HANA, RISE, SAP BTP adoption, application modernization, and innovation (SAP Business AI, Joule, side-by-side scenarios). Evaluate SAP and partner solutions for technical fit, maturity, and business value. Support SAP licensing analysis, management, and optimization. Manage strategic alignment with SAP, including roadmaps, partner collaboration, and escalation of critical topics. Enable and upskill SAP teams, promoting standards, knowledge, and continuous improvement. Act as a technical and functional reference within EDP’s SAP ecosystem. Qualifications Proven track record in large-scale SAP environments; hands-on in SAP transformation initiatives (S/4HANA, RISE, modernization); Governance/Competence Center experience is a plus. SAP S/4HANA & ECC, RISE, Clean Core & extensibility, SAP BTP & integrations, solution architecture, DevSecOps, security & compliance. Strong communication, strategic thinking, autonomy, proactivity, critical thinking, results-oriented in complex environments. Fluent English. SAP certifications, experience in large/multinational organizations, prior Competence Center or governance roles.
