REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office coordination, or grant support role (experience in the energy or construction sector is a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based tools.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Energy Services Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our home energy upgrade projects. You will play a key role in coordinating paperwork, assisting with grant submissions, scheduling works, and ensuring all job-related information is accurately tracked and communicated across teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate SEAI grant paperwork and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
  • Track progress of energy upgrade jobs from survey to completion.
  • Schedule works and communicate with installers, surveyors, and customers.
  • Maintain organised records using Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Provide administrative support and updates to customers throughout the process.
  • Ensure compliance with SEAI and internal procedures.
