Energy Solution Manager Bratislava, Slovakia What You’ll Be Doing: Design integrated PV + ESS technical solutions for utility-scale projects Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and bidding documentation Support customer meetings, workshops, and technical presentations Perform feasibility analysis, performance evaluation, and techno-economic assessments Provide technical support during commissioning and delivery phases Track market trends, standards, and competitor solutions in PV and ESS Deliver technical training to partners and internal teams What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field Experience in photovoltaics, battery energy storage systems, power electronics, or related renewable energy sectors Good understanding of PV, ESS, PCS, EMS, and grid-connection requirements Experience with technical solution design, feasibility analysis, and customer-facing technical support Strong communication and presentation skills Fluency in English and Slovak languages is a must Good command of MS Office; experience with simulation/design tools is a plus What You’ll Get From Us: We don’t just offer jobs — we offer growth, challenge, and opportunity.
