Job Description Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing As an Energy Specialist, you will own outcomes for the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless sales and service experience from initial contact (both inbound and outbound) to resolution, driving satisfaction and retention. Staying updated on products, services, and industry trends to deliver exceptional, tailored service, you’ll engage customers using various channels, providing personalized support through either phone, chat, or email. By identifying and promoting upselling opportunities, you’ll enhance the customer experience and drive growth. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are key aspects of this role. You’ll share insights and learnings with other Energy Specialists, ensuring readiness and impactful customer interactions, leading to collective success and continuous improvement within the hub.
