How you'll make an impact Coordination of Operational Activities: Oversee all operational activities related to the realization of the project Budget Monitoring: Follow up on budgets, including cost control, profitability tracking, and guarantees Planning and Follow-up: Plan and monitor activities to ensure the desired deadline is met Safety Monitoring: Ensure safety during project execution Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Select and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinate and follow up on their activities Project Documentation: Provide all documentation and technical specifications to involved parties and ensure compliance Customer Relations: Maintain technical-commercial relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a project team composed of project engineers and subcontractors Your background Higher technical education (preferably in electrical/energy engineering) Experience in project management within the energy sector Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written Organizational talent, analytical mindset, good communication skills, commercial insight, and negotiation capabilities Willingness to occasionally travel abroad More about us We offer you a varied job in an international company that highly values the development of its employees, quality, and safety.
