Job Description Requirements Gathering: Identifying data needs, extracting data for ad hoc analyses, and defining requirements for Data Warehouse/Datahub-C evolution. Data Management: Structuring and modeling data to create value and ensuring data quality and consistency. Business Support: Performing business analyses, executing data extractions for operations support, and identifying solutions for stakeholder needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Managing and communicating with stakeholders, and translating insights into recommendations. Qualifications Up to 10 years of experience in a role similar to the one being contracted (Business Data Analyst). Demonstrated experience with Dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong command of the SQL language. Experience with Office tools, particularly advanced-level Excel (for complex analysis, modeling, and reporting). Experience and/or knowledge in Data Modeling principles and techniques. Familiarity with the SAS Enterprise Guide tool. Familiarity with the DOMO tool. Strong ability to process, interpret, and derive meaning from complex data sets. Effective communication for conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across different business units. Capacity to devise new and innovative approaches to data analysis and problem-solving. Self-starting attitude to identify opportunities and drive solutions without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for identifying data needs, extracting data for analyses, and defining requirements for data evolution. They will also manage stakeholder engagement and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
