Description The schedule would be Thursdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the potential for additional shifts at other locations as needed. Enforcement ambassadors provide customer service to residents, visitors and tourists and provide information pertaining to parking regulations and are responsible for enforcing parking regulations via digital citations. Requirements Job requirements Include being able to work outdoors, Moderate levels of standing, walking and sitting while driving golf cart or other vehicle. Other skills required include visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments. Candidate must be able to handle high stress situations and to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally in an acceptable customer service level. Must have clean driving record as driving record and background check will be completed.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents and tourists regarding parking regulations. Enforce these regulations by issuing digital citations.
