POSITION: ENFORCEMENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: Varying shift patterns between the hours of 6am and 5pm
Location: Darlington
Salary: Starting Salary £22,000
Contract: Full time, Permanent

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, in difficult situations, work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Software systems
  • It would be desirable, but not essential, to have knowledge of the Enforcement Agent industry and Taking Control of Goods regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Completing Enforcement Agent / System generated Tasks and Alerts ensuring these are resolved within SLA
  • Making and receiving calls to Enforcement Agents and answering their questions and queries
  • Resolve financial queries on behalf of the Accounts Department such as late banking, chargebacks and none updated Enforcement Agent payments
  • Undertake actions and activities in relation to operational needs such as address cleansing, reviewing blocked cases, reviewing spotted vehicles, linking new accounts, generating reports and letters, company tracing, vehicle removal requests etc
  • Liaise directly with the Enforcement Support Supervisor and Internal Operations manager
  • Responsible for undertaking regular case audits ensuring Enforcement Agents are acting compliantly at all times
  • Oversee and validate overpayments and refunds as 3rd party invoices such removal, storage, and auction costs
  • Oversee the removal of goods process and manage the necessary correspondence to customers
  • Gather information from Enforcement Agents to support any complaints
  • Co-ordinate and manage day to day EA requirements including vehicle requirements, clamp orders, stationary etc
  • Maintain and update a Health and Safety log of incidents relating to Enforcement Agents and provide this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
  • Upload of Bail / No Bail Warrants and Commercial rent cases to our unique platform - Edge
  • Undertake any reasonable request or task as requested
