Description

The Advanced Services organization consists of three key teams: Custom Solutions, Professional Engineering Services, and Managed Services. The Managed Services (Platinum, Remote Managed Services, and Embedded Services) provides operational and strategic support for customers using the OnGuard or NetBox security platform. The Professional Engineering Services group provides customers with experienced, specialized professionals to ensure the success of complex, high-risk installations of every scale. Custom Solutions develops custom software that extends the OnGuard and NetBox security platform. These applications are critical to the security operations of Fortune 100 firms, financial institutions, universities and government facilities. The combined team offers a range of service levels for engaging LenelS2 personnel in day-to-day operations and planning for your physical access control system. This position is responsible for administering the service processes and operations within our Project Management System (PMS) and providing project management for 2–6-week client engagements including coordinating all aspects of the implementation and acting as a key contact for day-to-day client and project inquiries, problems, and activities. The role will include creating efficient use of resources across departments and assisting with development and reporting of key metrics.
