JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead/ support cooling system (HVAC) engineering programs from concept through validation and release, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and business objectives Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution. Follow, develop & maintain system‑level engineering plans, including scope definition, technical deliverables, design milestones, and resource coordination Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and system‑level risks related to cooling performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle Define, track, and review engineering KPIs such as cooling performance, efficiency, reliability, validation status, and schedule adherence Ensure cooling system designs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and internal engineering processes (e.g., HVAC codes, safety, quality, and stage‑gate requirements) Contribute to continuous improvement of cooling system design practices, tools, and best practices Must have a background in HVAC&R or related Industry EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Target experience level: 4~ 8 years HVAC Light commercial / VRF & Residential new product development. required as below: Ø Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set: Proven experience in cooling system design, development, or system engineering Must have on hand experience of Designing of Inverter systems, Heat exchangers, refrigeration cycle and it’s balancing for new product / concept. Clear understanding of standard framework (BIS, ISO,BEE,IEC) for HVAC products Solid understanding of product development, lifecycle and engineering governance Knowledge & hands-on experience in simulations tools (Model based design) Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams Motivated to work individually and with team – locally and globally. Hands-on experience on the manufacturing process, FMEA and Quality systems. Should have gone through ECR / ECIN process Exposure to design software. ProE / Creo, AutoCAD mandatory Proficiency in MS office suites e.g. PPT, MS word, Excel Ø Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set: o Experience with HVAC & R or related industries OTHER COMPETENCIES: Strong English communication skills - oral and written. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. Passionate about building high-quality HVACR products Understanding and responding quickly to internal & External customer issues. Responsibilities
