Description Job Summary: The Locum Tenens Clinician Consultant will work proactively to grow our Locum Tenens service line by sourcing candidates through physician databases, websites, job boards, and cold calling while providing exceptional customer service. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Essential Tactical Duties: Identify and recruit qualified clinicians for contracted assignments. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV reviews, pre-screening calls, and interviews. Discuss and negotiate compensation terms with potential candidates. Qualify or reject candidates based on CV reviews, pre-screening calls, and interviews. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and make informed decisions on candidate qualifications. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for newly recruited physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). Essential Strategic Duties: Generate leads through various channels, including digital media, job boards, cold calling, conferences, referrals and local/national outreach campaigns, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Maintain a strong network within the physician and APP communities. Attend national and local conferences to network, stay informed about industry trends, and promote our organization. Propose innovative solutions to overcome recruiting barriers and develop strategies for new initiatives. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and align strategies with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset. Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare recruitment experience. Experience in the locum tenens industry preferred.
