In this role you will assist the team to develop and foster relationships with stakeholders and craft communications solutions for both internal and external audiences and drive engagement solutions state-wide. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: * Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with experience working across diverse internal and external audiences, including industry and community. * Excellent communication capability across face to face, print and digital channels with a creative and curious mindset for crafting innovative, tailored solutions that encourage two-way engagement and meet strategic objectives * Solid project and coordination skills with the ability to management multiple projects, work with engagement systems and tools (such as CRM databases, event platforms and electronic distribution channels) and deliver high quality outcomes. * A collaborative team approach, working closely with colleagues and services delivery partners to coordinate events, messaging and information, while championing the value of the engagement function across the organisation * A genuine interest in organisational culture, identity and developing opportunities that reinforce and build a position, engaged culture across the EPA.
