ABOUT THE TEAM

As a member of the team, you will work alongside leaders and team members of the Central Business Services (CBS) team. The successful candidate will report directly to the CBS Finance project team, with a dotted line to the Engagement and Adoption team’s senior manager. They will also partner with other leaders on the team who are accountable for various areas, most notably the Finance and Process Optimization teams. The candidate will be part of a larger group of experienced professionals that support communications, engagement, and adoption across the firm. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned senior consultant looking for their next challenge.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

You are someone who has/is:

  • 5+ years combined experience in people (culture) and/or technology change management and communications Proven experience enabling and leading a large-scale transformation change initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and execute an end-to-end communications strategy
  • Experience in change management processes and methodologies including developing tactics to help shift mindset, behaviors and achieve results through an aligned and integrated change management approach
  • Experience with, and credibility leading, supporting and/or managing large scale people and technology change efforts and timelines with enterprise/functional/segment impact
  • Demonstrated ability to gain the trust of senior leadership
  • Post-secondary degree (Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another closely related field) and certification in Prosci or other change management methodology (desired)
  • Understanding of human behavior, as well as business management, technology, operations, and strategy
