About the Role

Engagement and Awareness Specialist is responsible to:

• Lift the digital literacy across the University.
• Develop a training and awareness strategy including roadmap
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design and deliver effective awareness workshops, campaigns, communications and training programs
• Ongoing adoption and education of both existing and new technologies by developing campaigns, workshops and communication materials to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption to support the increase in the level of digital literacy across the University.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including cross-functional teams and external partners to design and deliver effective awareness workshops, communications and training programs, ensuring that University staff are well-equipped to leverage technology for improved productivity and to maximise the benefits of change initiatives.
• Largely focus on the awareness and engagement of small to medium sized applications and platforms, both existing and those which will be acquired by UTS in the future.
