With a strong NSW/ACT presence, our team works across sectors including Energy, Water, Transport and the Built Environment, on projects ranging from major infrastructure delivery programs to targeted transformational change initiatives. Roles available We are seeking talented professionals across all levels—from early-career specialists to senior and lead advisors—to join our Sydney team. What you’ll do Depending on your experience and role, you could: Develop and implement communication and community and/ or stakeholder engagement strategies Build strong client and stakeholder relationships across public and private sectors Contribute to business development, proposals, and capability growth Lead or support transformation and change initiatives across large, complex projects Design interventions that drive adoption, culture, and performance outcomes Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team What we’re looking for Our ideal candidates bring a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills: Experience in communications, community and/or stakeholder engagement, social impact, change management, or organisational transformation Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams to deliver outcomes Experience in Energy, Water, Transport or Built Environment sectors is highly regarded For senior roles: proven success in leading complex programs, managing teams, and growing advisory capabilities Early-career applicants with strong potential are encouraged to apply Tertiary qualifications in Communications Change Management, HR or social work or related fields highly regarded.
