EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position is required. 3 years experience in a customer service position. Call center experience highly preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $19.42 -$25.83. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
