    LiveBig is a specialist allied health team providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability. We provide services at home and in the community and operate in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & across Queensland, and we are looking for someone to join our recently expanded customer team in a part-time capacity

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE IN YOU

We are looking for a skilled BD/sales person who has NDIS knowledge - the needs of our clientele are very specific so that NDIS experience or knowledge is key

  • Knowledge and understanding of allied health services, disability sector, the NDIS and community sector
  • This is a sales/BD role - you need to feel comfortable being on the phone and working through lists of leads
  • High level of customer service orientation and experience in customer relationship analysis and planning
  • Ability to build, introduce and maintain customer relationships
  • Proven experience in sourcing and gathering sales activities
  • Works well autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Works flexibly and adaptively in a fast paced dynamic and outcomes focused team environment
  • Highly developed communication skills, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Hold/eligibility for an Australian driver’s licence, WWCC and satisfactory police check

Responsibilities:

Reporting into the National Operations Manager, this role is focussed on Sydney as part of the national CRM/Engagement team

  • Full-time & Permanent part time (0.6 FTE)
  • Can be based anywhere in Sydney (hybrid role - 2 days per week in our Sydney CBD office)
  • Create, maintain, and enhance participant referral pathways and customer relationships, identifying gaps and developing protocols for efficient referral processes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and stakeholders, community organisations, clients, and their families/carers to access and promote LiveBig allied health services
  • Represent LiveBig at meetings, community events, expos and networking opportunities
