Responsibilities

This role leads the frontline to promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive customer loyalty through training and mentoring associates on register execution and policy adherence. Responsibilities also include managing cash controls, coordinating breaks, auditing paperwork, and ensuring operational and merchandising standards are maintained.
