The Engagement Coordinator will forecast, develop, and implement marketing and communication strategies that support all Engagement initiatives.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite products such as Illustrator, photoshop etc.
  • Proficient with mail merges
  • Advanced Excel level skills
  • Good Copywriting and excellent grammar skills
Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Use events calendar to forecast upcoming marketing needs
  • Schedule meetings with Events/Uzone and Community to discuss upcoming marketing requests
  • Create content documents based on teams marketing needs
  • Create tasks to start the marketing process for events
  • Review marketing assets and ensure all proper assets have been requested.
  • Ensure that content aligns with overall communication strategy
  • Note necessary edits and work with graphic designer to create assets.
  • Continuously update marketing content doc to reflect final needs/asks.
  • Download final assets into our designated folders.
  • Work closely with Internal Communication Specialist to schedule out news postings.
  • Save marketing templates and make additional edits/ update marketing assets if needed using Adobe Suite
  • Create layouts/ maps to scale for Engagement initiatives using Adobe Suite

Communication:

  • Forecast communication needs for upcoming events, initiatives and launches.
  • Schedule meetings with Events/Uzone and Community teams to create and review outgoing communication and marketing assets.
  • Create communication plans for major events and initiatives.
  • Compile Engagement team updates to create weekly senior leadership report

Qualtrics:

  • Update all active contact list in qualtrics (weekly)
  • Create registration surveys and dashboards for upcoming events.
  • Monitor Qualtrics surveys and communicate registration progress with appropriate teams.
  • Pull reports from Qualtrics to determine missing RSVP’s and needed metrics.

Printing:

  • Print new name plates for team members based on requests.
  • Manage plotter paper and ink inventory and re-order as needed.
  • Print A-frames and plotter signage for upcoming events/
  • Prepare/ organize CSV files for data merge name tags.
  • Communicate production timelines and printing costs with vendors.
