Responsibilities

  • Support Strategic Growth Initiatives: Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential partnerships, investments, and acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units, external partners, and key industry contacts to support deal sourcing and strategic collaborations.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market opportunities, and potential target companies to support decision-making.
  • Pipeline Management: Help track and manage a pipeline of corporate development opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A prospects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, legal, product, and operations teams to evaluate opportunities and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates for senior leadership on corporate development activity and partnership outcomes.
  • Deal Support: Assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
