The Engagement, Culture & Wellness Partner takes a lead in serving as lead project manager for various projects. This role supports the strategy and activation of consistent engagement, recognition and wellness opportunities for team members from an organizational and departmental perspective. Specific initiatives include, but are not limited to: Service Awards, Service Standards Recognition, Recognition, YourVoice Leader Effectiveness and external award nominations. In this role, the Team Engagement Partner works collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure the engagement strategies are fully communicated, implemented and tracked. Examples include, but are not limited to: Town Halls, Service Awards, and YourVoice Engagement Survey, and more. This role partners with team members at AdventHealth and other partners (vendors) to positively impact the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and energy of our employees and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
