Position Summary Engagement Delivery Excellence (EDE) is the creation and implementation of a unified approach to support consistent delivery of high-quality services for engagements across Huron: • Creating a better client experience • Supporting our consultants • Driving healthy project economics The EDE Associate is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations supporting EDE initiatives, with a primary focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey management. This role centers on operational tasks such as approving survey sends, generating survey links, and ensuring timely and accurate survey deployment. The EDE Associate will also provide reporting and insights to support enterprise delivery excellence, with opportunities to expand into broader EDE areas including but not limited to Project Health operations, compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Operations & Process Management Approve and coordinate Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey sends, generate survey links, and manage survey deployments. Manage/own internal NPS admin team calls and shared mailbox, including agenda setting, action item tracking, fielding questions and escalating emails as appropriate. Maintain standard operating procedures and job aids to ensure consistency and alignment across the enterprise. Support operational activities for Project Health, Project Management Insights, Quality Assurance, and other EDE initiatives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Support project leadership in identifying NPS survey recipients, updating contact information, and approving deployment of automated NPS surveys through Salesforce. Assist with internal NPS coordination for integrated projects across multiple industries and capabilities. Work closely with project leadership and cross-functional teams to support survey operations and broader EDE initiatives. Reporting & Insights Provide accurate and timely reporting on NPS and other EDE metrics, such as Project Health ratings and Quality Assurance outcomes. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support delivery excellence and inform leadership decisions. Identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with teams on process improvements initiatives within Salesforce and related platforms to automate requests and validate real-time survey response data. Candidate Requirements Demonstrated experience in operations, process management, and enterprise reporting. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight across US and India time zones. Highly organized, with the ability to absorb and synthesize detailed information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams); experience with Salesforce, Workday, and Power BI preferred. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact. Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills to proactively collaborate, address challenges, and manage stakeholders. Ability to independently learn new tools and databases. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, exercising independent judgment and decision-making. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple ongoing activities and new initiatives. Minimum of 5 years in analytics, operations, or consulting. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in operations, business administration, analytics, or a related discipline.
