QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in a technical or science-related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience designing and delivering technical solutions with engineers, with data engineering solutions preferred.
  • Basic understanding of data engineering concepts, proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling preferred.
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an AI Engagement Director at Axis Data, you will lead the engagement between our customers and our engineers, analyzing customer objectives, designing solutions and leading the implementation of those solutions by the engineers. We are looking for experienced leaders in this space who have delivered multiple successful projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and analyze customer objectives, needs and challenges.
  • Design optimal solutions to address these objectives, needs and challenges.
  • Document and communicate the solution to the engineering teams.
  • Project manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring delivery against requirements.
  • Take ownership of client engagements and solutions to ensure clients love what we deliver.
  • Where required, manage communication around production support matters.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of customer success practices at Axis Data.
  • Deliver professional communication to clients and team members.
