Description
Oversees State level enterprise-wide information technology programs and projects supported by a staff of remotely distributed team members and supervisors. Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision-makers. Develops and maintains strong relationships with state Medicaid and social services agencies. Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement. Ensures alignment of project deliverables with business goals and compliance requirements. Coaches and develops Delivery Management leaders. Identifies opportunities for growth within the client environment. Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion. Coordinates the hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective team. Minimum of 10 years in project management and client engagement. Minimum of 7 years in managing large application development or implementation projects. Minimum of 5 years in managing agile web development or integration (SOA) projects. Minimum of 3 years in budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. Minimum of 2 years in implementation, operations, and maintenance of health care claims processing or eligibility system projects. Experience with Medicaid, SNAP or TANF Terminology and Federal Requirements. Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field Master's degree in IT, business, or a related field preferred The starting pay range for this remote role is $114,345.00 to $190,575. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
