Responsibilities

PURPOSE

We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive to provide day-to-day support to the Group Customer Leadership, and wider team, to help drive forward our marketing activity. This includes supporting the communication and engagement strategy and plans and supporting initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the heart of a business—organising, problem-solving, and bringing marketing ideas to life.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Support departmental engagement and communication strategies and action plans using a variety of channels, targeted to relevant audiences, with appropriate feedback measures in place.
  • Own local town halls and other appropriate internal communication events – from logistics through to content delivery.
  • Support with drafting relevant communications and ‘hold the pen’ from initial drafting through to publication (including on the intranet).
  • Support the delivery and results cascade of the employee engagement surveys, supporting the HRBP to communicate results and draft local action plans.
  • Work with the Group Communications and Engagement team to support Group wide initiatives and Universe communications to ensure messages are shared appropriately.
  • Stay abreast of best practice making suggestions to enhance communication and engagement.
  • Engage with Influencers and experts to enhance brand visibility by coordinating and managing influencer campaigns.
  • Provide general support where required to the wider Universe Customer Leadership Team i.e. brand, demand, engagement, research etc.
  • Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating meetings and preparing papers and key presentations.
  • Own the schedule of committee, governance, and board updates and ensure papers are produced on time and to quality.
