This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

In this brand-new role, you’ll work with the Engagement and Internal Comms Manager to plan and deliver internal communications and engagement activity that’s designed to inform and engage colleagues in line with our strategy.

Day-to-day, this will look like:

  • Being an organisational wizard! Typically, this will be through general admin, planning all colleague meetings, and collating insight and feedback from colleagues and stakeholders
  • Producing our weekly internal newsletter, including finding, writing, and curating content
  • Supporting our work with external stakeholders to produce our in-house magazine and deliver our annual engagement survey
  • Building relationships with colleagues across the business to help create an environment where colleagues feel heard and informed
