The Group reported 2024 global revenues of €22.1 billion.      Job Responsibilities:   -Define and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables. -Manage daily project activities and ensure the right staffing. -Lead client stakeholder engagement and conduct weekly governance meetings. -Manage expectations, communication loops, and overall client satisfaction. -Review deliverables before submission to ensure alignment with agreed scope and quality standards. -Provide weekly and monthly project status updates. -Prepare dashboards, reports, and steering committee decks. -Track project issues and risks; drive mitigation activities with internal teams and client stakeholders. -Track effort and Estimate‑to‑Complete (ETC). -Monitor project financials via E‑Monitoring and support invoicing with PMO/Finance. -Identify and prepare change requests (scope, project plan, timelines).     Job Requirements:   -9+ years of proven experience in project or engagement management. -Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. -Solid understanding of project lifecycle and delivery governance. -Ability to manage risks, issues, and project constraints effectively. -Strong analytical and quality‑control mindset. -Excellent communication and reporting skills. -Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including PMO and Finance. -Experience in financial tracking, ETC estimation, and billing support. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
