What will you be a part of?
The ZoomRx Brand Builder team is responsible for providing holistic insights programs for new brand launch and post-launch brand optimization for top biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients.
What does a day look like as an Engagement Manager – Brand Builder?
- You will develop lasting, fulfilling relationships with drug commercialization teams at top pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies through compelling, data-driven strategic thought-partnerships and impeccable operational leadership.
- You will lead and be responsible for multiple projects and teams in designing and executing customqualitative market research studies with potential quantitative elements and will be specifically responsible for more complex engagements that require more senior expertise and hands-on involvement.
- You will oversee successful delivery of projects by applying extensive knowledge of client and brand business context, and therapy area expertise at every stage of the project.
- You will be responsible for business development with existing and new brands within client accounts and will foster existing client relationships with your expertise and knowledge of their business, and by driving strategic, high-impact deliverables and recommendations.
- You will mentor junior members of the team and collaborate with cross-geographical peers.
- You will exhibit a proactive approach to work, show a desire to deliver above and beyond, and thrive in an environment of significant autonomy.
What do we look for in successful Engagement Manager –Brand Builder candidates?
Qualities of successful ZoomRx Engagement Manager candidates include:
- 5+ years of professional experience in life science qualitative primary market research with a focus in methodologies that support strategic marketing decisions throughout the brand launch process.
- Experience independently leading multiple consulting or market intelligence projects and associated teams
- High level experience directly managing client relationships and delivering on business development goals
- Capabilities and confidence in driving timelines and logisticstodeliver client needs
- Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Preferred but not required:
- Pharmaceutical brand launch experience
- Moderation experience
- Global research experience in the US and EU5
- Experience supporting business-development activities.
- Experience in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc).
- Experience with quantitative market research projects.
