As the Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and visually appealing digital assets for our diverse range of clients. Your expertise in branding, content creation, and marketing tools will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients’ marketing campaigns are aligned with their brand identity.

ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

  • A natural love for people and conversation — you’re quick-witted, warm, and brand-aware
  • Strong grasp of tone, emojis, memes, and how to talk to an online audience
  • Excellent written communication and fast response skills
  • Experience with social platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
  • Bonus: Familiar with community engagement tools (like Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Experience managing social for a brand or agency
  • Ideally familiar with ClickUp

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Job title: Engagement Manager
Position: Employment
Rate: 10 hours/month initially, $18/hour.
Availability requirements: Minimum of 3 hours of availability on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during peak business hours. Flexible scheduling is available for additional hours.
We’re looking for a Social Media Engagement Manager to be the front-facing voice of our clients brands on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll be in charge of showing up daily in comments, DMs, and tagged content — building relationships, encouraging interaction, and making their community feel seen, heard, and hyped.

ABOUT THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to comments, DMs, and tagged posts/stories across platforms
  • Engaging with target audiences proactively (e.g. liking, commenting on aligned accounts)
  • Sparking conversations in Stories (polls, replies, Q&As) and boosting UGC
  • Monitoring community sentiment and flagging opportunities or issues
  • Collaborating with the content team to align on tone, upcoming campaigns, and engagement goals
  • Creating or suggesting engagement strategies that increase interaction and loyalty
  • Story creation and uploading to Hootsuite
  • Post uploading to Hootsuite
  • Downloading monthly reports
