JOB SUMMARY:

This role will lead an engagement team in conducting construction audits, performing contract reviews, assessing design and construction invoicing, reviewing policies and procedures, and verifying project status reporting with a primary objective to assess risk impacting successful project completion.

QUALIFICATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, engineering, or quality management systems, cost control, construction/project management
  • CPA, CIA, CCA, CQA, or similar certification preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create good rapport with clients, colleagues and build relationships effectively
  • Ability to represent Talson and its services, including conducting presentations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High level of self-initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
