You will be part of a fast-paced diverse environment as a member of a high-performing team that works together to energize and inspire each other by challenging the status quo’ Vibrant inclusive culture of mutual respect and fun through both work and play Engagement Manager, CPG and Manufacturing – Business Consulting & Solutions Group (BC&S, India) Roles and Responsibilities: Own and drive execution of the business–analytics roadmap for key CPG / Consumer clients by demonstrating strong techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management, in close collaboration with data science and engineering teams. Lead client workshops where broad vision and ambiguous business problems are translated into concrete data, analytics, and AI use cases. Define business problems concisely, synthesize findings, hypothesize solution options, and measure and articulate how solutions improve client objectives (revenue, cost, working capital, service, risk). Independently liaise with senior client stakeholders (including CxO / functional leaders), convincingly present solution approaches, and constructively question or challenge the client where required. Lead solutioning and presales for your accounts shaping problem statements, approaches, SoWs, proposals, and demo storylines. Perform a role that combines hands-on contribution, client engagement, and team management across multiple parallel initiatives. Manage cross-functional teams (DE, DS, BI) for high-quality delivery: planning sprints, tracking progress, and proactively managing risks and dependencies. Contribute to organization-building through training, mentoring, and developing reusable consulting and analytic frameworks that can be scaled across clients. Mandated Profile: Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech – preferably in Engineering / CS / related quantitative disciplines) from Tier I / II universities (e.g., IITs / NITs); MBA from top-tier B-schools (IIMs or equivalent) preferred. 8+ years of business / management consulting experience, with significant exposure to prominent CPG and/or Lifesciences domains such as Consumer Behaviour, Demand Planning, Pricing & Revenue Management, Supply / Logistics Analytics, Customer Service, or Commercial Excellence. Proven exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to blend creativity and structured logic to think through complex problems and develop practical solutions. Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis and clear linkage to business value. Demonstrated experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with: Process improvement and operating model design Cost optimization and productivity programs Customer analytics and experience management Architecture / capability assessments and roadmap definition Demonstrated sustained client relationship management at C-suite / leadership level or having operated at a senior management level in an industry role. Proven experience in developing new consulting capabilities or offerings within target industry verticals (e.g., CPG, Lifesciences), including IP, frameworks, and repeatable approaches. Prior experience in a consulting / analytics firm, Big-4, or digital practice is strongly preferred Desired Profile: Applicants with exposure in CPG industry either directly working within business, or consulting will be preferred Understanding of applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms Any hands on experience with analytical tools Applicants having active B1/B2 (US Visa) will be a plus.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will own and drive the execution of the business-analytics roadmap for key CPG/Consumer clients, collaborating closely with data science and engineering teams. They will lead client workshops to translate broad visions into concrete data and analytics use cases.
