As a dedicated Engagement Manager in the Department of Health and Social Care’s Corporate Services team, you will foster partnerships, facilitate communication, and lead stakeholder engagement initiatives that enhance health and social care services for individuals and families across the Island.
Joining a committed team at the heart of the Department, your responsibilities will include providing specialist advice on engagement activities, developing a consistent engagement framework, and delivering on the Department’s commitments outlined in its engagement strategy.
You will ensure quality and consistency in how we engage with the Manx public, particularly in relation to proposed service or policy changes affecting the Island’s healthcare system. You will also support communication with key stakeholders across the Isle of Man Government’s healthcare sector, the Council of Ministers, and Tynwald.
