Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
As an Engagement Manager at Bryant Park Consulting, you will report to our Practice Manager and serve as a key leader in our NetSuite delivery practice. You will manage a team of up to 10 project managers, consultants, and analysts, ensuring the successful end-to-end execution of complex NetSuite implementation projects for our portfolio of clients. This hands-on role requires someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is skilled at navigating complex client situations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Our successful Engagement Managers are adept at identifying and resolving conflict before it escalates, using clear communication, active listening, and sound judgment.
