Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team, focusing on LLM (Large Language Model) training data services for LLM model companies. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of LLM models, excellent communication skills, proven project delivery experience, and a track record in pre-sales and account management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the technology industry, with a focus on data services or AI.
  • Strong technical background with a good / basic understanding of LLM models and their applications.
  • Proven track record in pre-sales, account management, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings across different time zones.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Understanding: Possess an understanding of LLM models and their data requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our training data services.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their specific data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Pre-sales Support: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our training data services.
  • Project Delivery: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on delivery activities, pipeline status
  • Account Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote LLM training data services to researchers in LLM model companies. This will include bringing in learnings and case studies from current engagements
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
