Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Plan and execute integrated engagement marketing programs across digital, social, experiential, and retail channels—driving awareness, loyalty, and customer retention.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM tools to personalize customer journeys and improve campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns in real time, sharing actionable insights with leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Digital, Innovation, Sales) and agency partners to ensure creative excellence and consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and asset delivery—keeping campaigns on track and on brand.
  • Contribute to content development, messaging strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with legal, brand, and data privacy standards.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, bringing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to keep our brand top of mind.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in digital engagement, CRM, or automation-driven campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of consumer behavior, content strategy, and the full buyer journey.
  • Budget tracking and vendor management experience a plus.
