Your new role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement Marketing, this position will develop and deliver direct to member engagement marketing and communications that support the join and welcome phase of a member’s lifecycle with AustralianSuper. Working closely with leads across the broader department, this role is responsible for delivering initiatives in the accumulation product that achieve associated join, conversion and welcome targets. Key duties include but are not limited to Ensuring the Fund’s welcome program is a positive branded experience through the delivery of compelling, consistent, timely, channel-appropriate, personalised messaging. Delivering, monitoring, reporting on and continually optimising the multi-channel engagement marketing and communications initiatives within the join (pending) journey for all accumulation members. Analysing the performance of all relevant lifecycle initiatives – conversions, transactions and positive actions, as well as creative assets and messaging to introduce a continuous improvement approach to optimisation. Develop industry leading content and marketing communications in response to the requirements of the activities. Develop creative and/or media briefs for external agencies or internal studio, to deliver on content and media requirements that may result from the project activities identified. Translate complex and technical concepts into straight talking and compelling communications – including the application of Brand Voice, Visual Identity, and Behavioural Change techniques. What you’ll need Proven experience in marketing and or communication roles, ideally in a superannuation or financial services environment. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar. Extensive experience project managing and developing a wide variety of end-to-end communications, including the briefing, sign off management, design management, production and distribution of communications across multiple channels for different audiences. Retention campaign management experience across owned and paid channels. Outstanding communication, strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated stakeholder relationship skills including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with peers with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting deadlines.
