EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Two or more years’ experience within an Employment / Work Based Learning or FE environment.
· Knowledge of sector specific learning aims for delivery.
· Experience of Employer engagement to create strong partnership working is essential for this role.
· Experience of the development and implementation of quality systems within this environment.
· Experienced data management, inputting, data analysis and report writing skills.
· Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality
· Understanding and experience of the implementation of safeguarding strategies and procedures.
· Managing multiple deadlines.
· The post holder will communicate daily with internal and external colleagues. They must be able to adapt his/her written and verbal style to meet the needs of all situations within the remit of the post.
· Evidence of successful liaison with external agencies.
· Understanding of employment, training and educational routes including community learning and apprenticeships.
· Appreciation of the needs for rigorous review and evaluation, and performance indicator monitoring.
· Leadership skills. Ability to take leading role as necessary in development of delivery systems and quality assurance.
· Good time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
· Skills in keeping detailed administration and record-keeping.
· Initiative and energy to adapt to a highly flexible and changeable area of work.
· Excellent report writing skills.

Responsibilities

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POST

To work as part of the Rotunda Team to ensure that our Learners have real sustainable job outcomes and to develop our partnership working with local businesses and community partners.
Under the supervision of the Compliance Manager, you will play a central role in administrating learner enrolments, employer engagement Additional / Discretionary Learning Support applications
You will have an extensive understanding of the operation of Quality Assurance within the UK Employment/Training Sector and of Employer/Learner Engagement.
As a committed team player, you will develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.
You will be the first point of contract for all learners and the wider community accessing Rotunda’s services.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  1. Promote Rotunda’s Education offer, alongside all other Rotunda programmes to external organisations to maximise impact and uptake.
  2. Monitor and report on programme performance, knowledge of financial KPI’s required.
  3. Oversee day-to-day enrolments, administration of all Rotunda Educational programme.
  4. Ensure adequate quality assurance is in place and be used to monitoring KPI’s against contract compliance.
  5. Regular contact with learners to monitor their needs and support their progression.
  6. Monitor Learner attendance through their course and on any work placement opportunities ensuring any barriers to engagement can be overcome.
  7. Liaise with Rotunda Finance Manager to ensure all learner claims are followed up and provide necessary documentation for audit purposes.
  8. Support in the development, monitoring and reporting of the social impacts delivered by the organisation (social reporting).
  9. Maintain personal professional development in line with Rotunda’s accreditation/contractual requirements, business objectives and personal targets.
  10. Liaising with our commissioned contract management team to ensure the development of excellent working relationships, leading to future business opportunities for the organisation.
  11. Be a strong advocate for the organisation, creating opportunities for colleagues to develop their areas of work.
  12. You will be expected to have a flexible approach to work and assist in other duties assigned to you from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer.
