We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to join our team. The Engagement Specialist will work closely with Shakudo’s Engagement Managers and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects. You will help coordinate communications, organize meetings, capture key decisions, support project planning, and assist in prioritizing work for our weekly sprints. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about enabling teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently. \n Key Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the Engagement Team to ensure smooth client delivery. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring agendas are set and participants are prepared. Take clear and detailed meeting notes, documenting decisions, action items, and next steps. Assist in maintaining and updating project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Help prioritize work across multiple client engagements for weekly sprint planning. Track and follow up on open tasks and commitments to keep projects on schedule. Serve as a point of coordination between Engagement Managers, technical teams, and clients. Contribute to improving internal processes and tools that enhance engagement efficiency. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, project support, or client-facing role (experience in tech, SaaS, or startups is an asset). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful. Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
