QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT LEXIA EDUCATION SERVICES REQUIRE

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A recognised teaching qualification is required.
  • Passionate Individuals - A genuine commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs in education.
  • Relevant Experience - At least 3 years of teaching experience (not essential).
  • Communication Skills - Strong ability to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Personalised Tutoring - Deliver engaging, one-to-one lessons tailored to the specific needs of your students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with families and teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Monitoring Progress - Track student development, and provide constructive feedback to boost their confidence.
