Description
Location: Loyang Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:35pm Jobscope: Managing daily and dashboard report for kitting material, layout progress and inventory in and out of the warehouse Perform layout accoding to Test Schedule and Waterfall Chart Updating the layout sheet, verify SAP system and identify shortages Coordinate with procurement and ROCS to identify switching parts and its approval Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuing parts required to process job accurately Receipt of serviceable engine spares from inspection - Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 Disseminate subcontract parts to respective section upon engine release - Cycle 2 and procurement Coordinate, packing, recall and sending of engine spares to and from the warehouse Coordinate and packing of engine spares to customers, update tasklog , provide weight and dimension of cargo and provide inventory listing to the ROS Team Perform daily milk run Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor Perform daily 6S Requirement: Team player, result oriented and self motivated Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills Must be resourceful, proactive and possess a sense of initiative Able to work in fast pace environment GCE "N/O" or Diploma in Supply Chain with 1-2 years' relevant experience
Responsibilities
The Engine Layout Assistant is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, tracking layout progress, and coordinating the movement of engine spares. They must ensure accurate documentation, verify SAP system data, and facilitate the timely distribution of parts to relevant sections.
