Job Summary Al Marwan Developments is looking for a skilled and reliable Engine Mechanic to support the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of diesel engines used in heavy machinery and construction equipment. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with engine systems, and the ability to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment across various project sites. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to: Perform routine maintenance and repair of engines Diagnose engine faults and carry out necessary repairs Conduct engine overhauls and replace faulty components Test engines after repair to ensure proper operation and performance Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Report completed work and highlight any major issues to the supervisor Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in engine repair Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills Good knowledge of engine systems and components Ability to diagnose and resolve engine faults effectively Experience in engine maintenance, servicing, and overhaul work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
