ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role will a ssist the Engineering Manager s in diagnosing , providing service, and repairs to resort equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, and HVAC refrigeration . This role will r espond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Engineer 1 will also be responsible for executing Preventive Maintenance Task s per Four Seasons Operating Standards and a ssist with the planning, organizing, controlling and directing the workflow of engineering requests.
