In this role she/he will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. The Plant Manager is the visible and active leader of the facility, promoting a favorable and productive environment for all employees and is responsible for leading daily Operations functions. In this role, you will be responsible for: Supervising all the activities and people, both in the shop and in the offices, to assure respect of all HSE requisitions, being in compliance with Italian law and with BH processes and procedures. Request and manage P&E if necessary. Providing leadership to all organizations and individuals in the plant in order to meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery Providing development of staff leaders to guide plant and support organizations Leading integration team during, assuring smooth transaction during the evolution of the plant in order to implement all the processes, procedures and tools BH leverages in all the other Italian plants Promoting a working environment to achieve excellence in productivity, customer service, quality, and HSE Working with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements Facilitating the team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving Establishing and maintain positive corporate citizenship through community organizations and the media Working with local legislative bodies to promote decisions with a positive impact on the business Developing and tracking expense and investment budgets with the input of each organization Establish and adjust an organizational structure that best supports the plant goals and measurements, with special focus on HSE Driving growth and change in a fast-moving, high-energy environment Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Show at least 10+ additional years of operational experience Show knowledge of component manufacturing Be able to work within a highly matrixed business environment Show strong organizational and analytical skills Promote the use of six-sigma/lean methodology in driving plant quality improvements Be able to lead teams through example Be able to implement and leverage digital tools Hold a EU work permit Be fluent knowledge on Italian and English language is mandatory Show strong interpersonal and leadership skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
