Design Marine products used around the world AdvanTec Marine is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of specialty marine closures, supporting commercial, military, and luxury vessel builders worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Engineer II to join our Engineering team and help bring innovative marine solutions from concept to production. What You’ll Do * Lead small engineering/design teams and support new product development * Create 3D models, detailed drawings, BOMs, calculations, and specifications * Perform structural analysis, scantling calculations, and FEA studies * Apply DFMA principles to deliver cost-effective, high-quality designs * Prepare documentation and submissions for regulatory approval * Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, supply chain, clients, and inspectors What You Bring * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) * 7+ years of engineering experience, ideally in manufacturing * Strong SolidWorks skills * Experience with steel/aluminum design and structural analysis * Project or small team leadership experience * Marine or naval architecture experience is an asset * EIT or PEng designation is an asset Why Join Us? * Work on globally recognized marine products * Collaborative, hands-on engineering environment * Competitive pay (Salary Range of $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 CAD) and benefits, including: * Extended Health, Dental, LTD, Life, Critical Illness and EAP benefits after 3 months * 4% RRSP matching after 3 months * Check us out at www.advantecmarine.com [http://www.advantecmarine.com] Ready to see your designs for the marine world, apply today and join AdvanTec Marine.
